Creative Spaces & Places for Creative People

About this Event

CONNECT Week Friday Special: Creative Spaces and Places for Creative People.
With the broad-based embracing of the creative class and growing eagerness to foster innovative thinking in the work place and throughout entire communities, leading architects, planners, developers and designers have turned their attention to creating spaces that enhance this way of thinking and living.
We’ll hear from a panel of thought leaders who will provide their unique perspectives on this movement and how they are applying their respective skills to meet its unique needs.  The discussion will start with defining this movement and its rational and then migrate to strategies in urban planning and ultimately end by focusing on relevant trends and strategies in architecture and interior design.  So if you believe space and place can impact the creative process, this is a panel you will not want to miss!
The event will be 8a - 10a on Friday Oct 24th in the penthouse/11th floor of the AT&T building in Old Pasadena (177 E Colorado). The panel will run from 8:30 - 9:30 followed by networking session.
