About this Event
Today, the single word 'design' is just too broad for a single definition. In this talk we will be discussing the birth of the design movement, its roots and its history, and how its diverse disciplines has effected consumption in our modern society. Attendees will a richer understanding of design and an appreciation for its effect on our daily lives.

The parking garage is available at 55 South Lake Avenue. Visitor parking rates are $1.25 each 12 minutes with a $16.25 daily maximum.
There are also plenty of parking options in the nearby area. Street parking is available on East Colorado Blvd, South Lake Avenue, and East Green Street. There is also a Target parking structure at 777 East Colorado Blvd and a shopping complex at 207 S Mentor Ave close to the office.
