Naomi Volain, Environmental Science and Botany Teacher
Naomi Volain is a Botany and Environmental Science Teacher based in Pasadena, nicknamed Plant Lady by her students, and recognized with national and global teaching awards. She came to realize that plants were a concrete way to connect people to Earth’s natural resources and its environmental challenges, and is determined to go beyond school and make plants a hands-on tool to enrich lives and contribute to Earth’s sustainability.

Plants Go Global makes plants an answer to Earth’s sustainability challenges. Become plant aware, conserve plants, grow plants, play with plants, explore plants, eat plants and buy plants. Do this with succulents and house plants, vegan food, art, plant science, gardening, Botany, plant people, plant connected animals, and small plant business promotion - all on a mission to save the Earth and eradicate plant blindness.
