Women make up on average 25% of employees in both technical and leadership positions at many major technology companies.
In this presentation and panel, Kelly Watson, Managing Director of Orange Grove Consulting and an expert on Women's Leadership, presents targeted strategies to recruit, retain and promote women in technology. Following the presentation, Kelly will moderate a panel discussion with three women currently working in tech that represent different stages in a career on the unique challenges they each face. Attendees will come away with strategies to help their company or themselves reap the benefit of increasing the number of women throughout an organization.
